Why do you love turkey?
Turkey is fantastic because it is quick to prepare and then easy to cut and eat. It’s like having two meals in one - I can serve it hot for dinner and then the next day use it cold in lunches. My family loves turkey too! Even my teenage daughter knows how to cook it.
What is your favourite way to prepare turkey chops?
Chops are a wonderful cut of turkey because they are speedy to cook and then low in fat at the same time. They are so versatile! My favourite way to prepare turkey chops is to pan fry them on medium-high heat with cranberry and stock. This makes a delicious sauce to accompany the chops.
What other turkey cuts do you enjoy?
I also really enjoy ready to roast turkey because it is so easy to prepare. I feel that turkey is an exceptionally lean meat and I like that with roasts I can control the fat content by what I choose to trim off.
