Ingham Ready to Roast Turkey Breast

  • 1kg Ingham Ready to Roast Turkey Breast
  • 14 cup orange or lime marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur (eg Grand Marnier)
  • 4 cups fragrant rice, cooked
  • 12 cup toasted almonds

Cook Ingham turkey breast as per instructions on pack.

When cooking time is almost complete, remove from oven and brush with combined marmalade, orange rind and liqueur.

Return turkey to the oven for 10 minutes.

Toss rice and almonds and serve with sliced turkey.

Turkey Tips

  • If you cook poultry to eat later, refrigerate while hot.
