Ingredients
- 350g cooked Ingham Turkey Breast Classic Oven Roasted, finely chopped
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 stick celery, finely diced
- 1⁄4 cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 4 fresh bagels
Instructions
Combine turkey, mayonnaise, almonds, celery and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice bagels through the centre. Place bagel bases onto a work surface. Spoon 1/4 of mixture onto each bagel. Place bagel tops over filling. Serve.
