Ingham Turkey Breast Classic Oven Roasted

  • 350g cooked Ingham Turkey Breast Classic Oven Roasted, finely chopped
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 14 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 stick celery, finely diced
  • 14 cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • 4 fresh bagels

Combine turkey, mayonnaise, almonds, celery and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice bagels through the centre. Place bagel bases onto a work surface. Spoon 1/4 of mixture onto each bagel. Place bagel tops over filling. Serve.

Turkey Tips

  • If you cook poultry to eat later, refrigerate while hot.
