Portuguese Piri Piri Marinade
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 2 long red chillies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Fresh Turkey Pieces
Instructions
Combine oil, lime juice, chillies, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic and salt in a jug.
Place turkey pieces into a shallow ceramic dish. Pour marinade over turkey. Turn turkey pieces until well coated with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, overnight if possible.
Cook as per pack instructions.
