Satay Turkey Pizza

  • 500g Fresh Turkey Mince
  • 1 pizza base
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 12 cup Thai satay sauce
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced, diagonally
  • 14 cup dry roasted peanut, roughly chopped
  • 12 cup coriander sprigs
  • 12 cup thick Greek yoghurt, optional
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers, cut into thin slices, diagonally

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place pizza base onto prepared tray.

Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a non stick frypan. Add half of Turkey Mince and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining oil to pan and cook remaining Turkey, once cooked add to bowl with cooked Turkey. Add Thai Satay sauce and green onions. Stir until well combined.

Spoon turkey mixture onto pizza base. Bake for 15 minutes or until base is crisp and golden. Sprinkle with peanuts and coriander sprigs. Serve with yoghurt if desired, and cucumber slices.

Turkey Tips
