Ingham Ready to Roast Turkey Breast

Preheat conventional oven to 180°C.

Cook turkey in foil for 1 hour 20 minutes in an ovenproof dish. Remove foil from turkey and return to dish.

Combine apricot jam, macadamia nuts and ginger in a bowl. Spoon jam mixture along the top of the turkey. Cook for a further 10 minutes.

Fresh steamed asparagus

Steamed Basmati rice

Turkey Tips

  • Defrost in the refrigerator only, not on the bench.
  • Use separate cutting boards and utensils when handling raw and cooked poultry. Wash these thoroughly with hot, soapy water before and after handling. Also use separate cutting boards from poultry for fruit and vegetables.
  • Always store cooked foods above raw foods in the refrigerator.
  • If you cook poultry to eat later, refrigerate while hot.
