Ingredients
- 1kg Ingham Turkey Thigh Roast
- 1⁄3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3cm piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons coriander stalks, finely chopped
Instructions
Cook Ingham Turkey Thigh Roast as per packet instructions.
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and coriander stalks in a bowl.
Remove foil from turkey. Spoon soy glaze over the turkey, Bake for a further 15 minutes. Baste turkey with glaze in dish. Bake for a further 10 -15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven, then leave to stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve topped with coriander sprigs.
